1. Purpose and Mission
The Sun Angel Collective is a private spiritual ministry devoted to spiritual awakening, healing, and guiding each member in fulfilling their divine purpose rooted in unconditional love and light. We operate within the private domain, exercising our rights under the U.S. Constitution, international human rights law, and spiritual law.
The Sun Angel Collective recognizes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, state constitutions, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Charter of Rights of Canada as additional legal protections for our private spiritual association. These frameworks affirm our right to operate free from government interference, including in matters of spiritual practice, belief, and community engagement.
Our activities are spiritually based and privately conducted, including the offering of faith-based services, teachings, and materials in support of our sacred mission.
2. Membership Scope and Access
Membership is required to access any and all offerings, including but not limited to:
Email newsletters and updates
Online events, certifications, and live classes
Purchase of products, resources, and spiritual tools
Group interactions and spiritual guidance
Membership is free, but participation in some offerings may require separate purchases or contributions.
2A. Transition to Private Membership
By joining the Sun Angel Collective, I acknowledge that I am entering into a private spiritual membership relationship. I understand that this membership is governed by private contractual terms and that the activities within the Collective are conducted in a private religious or spiritual context, not as public or commercial transactions.
3. Voluntary Participation and Health Disclaimer
All offerings are provided for spiritual, educational, and faith-based purposes. By joining, the Member agrees:
Participation is voluntary and spiritual in nature
The Ministry does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
No service or content is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition
Members are solely responsible for their physical and mental well-being and are encouraged to consult licensed professionals where appropriate
Members understand that spiritual healing, holistic wellness practices, and faith-based guidance offered by the Sun Angel Collective are not substitutes for medical care. Members acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own health decisions and have been encouraged to consult licensed medical professionals for any physical or mental health concerns.
Limitation of Liability: The Ministry disclaims all liability for injury, harm, or damages arising from participation in any offering. Participation is undertaken at the Member’s sole risk.
4. Confidentiality and Private Domain
This is a private association. By joining, the Member agrees:
To maintain confidentiality regarding all private communications, teachings, materials, and member activities
Not to share or disclose internal matters to any third party, including government agencies or representatives, without prior written consent from the Ministry
That all activities within the Collective are conducted in the private domain, as protected spiritual expression
Members agree not to pursue legal action against the Sun Angel Collective or its members unless a clear and present danger of substantive evil is demonstrated and internal resolution processes have been fully exhausted. Disputes shall first be addressed within the Collective by a neutral designee, tribunal, or committee before any external legal process may be initiated.
5. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Trial
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or participation in the Ministry shall be resolved as follows:
First, through peaceful internal resolution facilitated by a designee of the Ministry
If unresolved, then exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the state and county of the Ministry’s choosing
The Member waives any right to bring claims in public court or to a jury trial, except in cases of a clear and present danger of substantial harm where civil law mandates intervention
Members agree that any disputes or grievances shall remain private and be resolved through the Collective’s internal processes. Members waive their right to make public complaints or grievances on social media, in public forums, or in any manner that could harm the integrity of the ministry or its members.
Arbitration shall be final and binding, and both parties agree to bear their own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
6. Indemnification
The Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Ministry, its directors, officers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of participation in the Ministry or violation of this Agreement.
While membership in the Sun Angel Collective is free, members are encouraged to contribute financially as they are able to support the mission and sustainability of the ministry.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All offerings, services, and materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any express or implied warranties of any kind. The Ministry disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Ministry maintains its principal location, without regard to conflict of law rules. Arbitration and legal matters shall occur in that state and county exclusively.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Termination
Membership may be revoked at the sole discretion of the Ministry for violations of this Agreement or conduct that undermines the spiritual safety or integrity of the Collective. Membership may also be terminated by the Member at any time with written notice.
11. Legal Capacity and Voluntary Participation
By accepting this Agreement:
The Member affirms they are of legal age (or have obtained consent of a parent/guardian)
They enter into this private spiritual relationship voluntarily and without coercion
They represent no government agency, regulatory body, or outside interest
They understand this is a private, faith-based relationship outside the scope of public law
By joining the Sun Angel Collective, the Member acknowledges that they are transitioning from being a public person to a private member within this private association
The Member understands that all activities within the Collective are private contractual matters and not subject to public law or government interference
Members have the inherent right to seek private counsel, spiritual guidance, and information within the association on health, legal, and spiritual matters. Such interactions are private and do not constitute regulated public services
The Member fully releases the Sun Angel Collective, its founders, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full understanding between the parties regarding membership and supersedes all prior representations or agreements.
13. Amendment and Modification
The Ministry reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion, to reflect changes in its mission, practices, legal obligations, or spiritual guidance. Members will be notified of material changes through appropriate means, and continued participation in the Ministry after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By marking the agreement checkbox or otherwise confirming membership electronically or in writing, the Member affirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Membership Agreement.
